Welcome to GoldCore Marketing.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of goldcoremarketing.com (the “Website”) and your interactions with GoldCore Marketing (“GoldCore Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this Website, submitting information through the Website, or otherwise interacting with GoldCore Marketing, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1. About GoldCore Marketing
GoldCore Marketing is a digital marketing agency providing services that may include website design and development, search engine optimization (“SEO”), paid advertising, content creation, conversion rate optimization, analytics, marketing strategy, and related digital marketing services.

Specific services provided to a client may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work (“SOW”), service agreement, order form, contract, or other written agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed client agreement concerning paid services, the executed client agreement will control with respect to those services.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Website or engage our services.
If you use the Website or engage GoldCore Marketing on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to applicable agreements.

4. Information Submitted Through the Website
You may be able to submit information through contact forms, consultation requests, scheduling forms, or other Website functionality.
You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or requesting information does not create a client relationship and does not obligate GoldCore Marketing to provide services.
A client relationship is established only when GoldCore Marketing and the client enter into an applicable agreement or otherwise expressly agree to commence services.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Quotes, Proposals, and Service Agreements
Descriptions, pricing references, examples, packages, or other service information appearing on the Website are informational unless expressly stated otherwise.
Final scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, timelines, responsibilities, revision limits, cancellation rights, ownership provisions, and other commercial terms may be established in a separate proposal, SOW, order form, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a proposal or quotation may be modified or withdrawn before acceptance.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for GoldCore Marketing services will be specified in the applicable proposal, invoice, SOW, order form, or client agreement.
Clients are responsible for paying all amounts when due.

7. Advertising Budgets
Where GoldCore Marketing manages paid advertising, advertising or media spend paid to platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other advertising networks is separate from GoldCore Marketing’s management fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for charges imposed directly by third-party advertising platforms except to the extent expressly provided in a written client agreement.

“GoldCore Marketing,” associated logos, branding, and other identifiers may constitute trademarks or other protected intellectual property.
14. Intellectual Property for Client Work
Ownership of websites, advertisements, designs, copy, creative assets, strategy documents, source files, software, templates, campaign materials, or other work created for clients will be governed by the applicable client agreement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, GoldCore Marketing retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, proprietary processes, methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools, systems, know-how, software, reusable components, and general skills used to provide services.
No transfer of intellectual property occurs merely because GoldCore Marketing performs services for a client.
15. Portfolio and Case Study Use
Subject to any applicable confidentiality obligations or separate written agreement, GoldCore Marketing may identify clients and display completed public-facing work for portfolio, case-study, promotional, award-submission, and marketing purposes.
This may include publicly available client names, logos, websites, designs, campaign creative, and generalized descriptions of services performed.
Confidential information will not knowingly be disclosed for these purposes without authorization.
Clients requiring additional restrictions should ensure those restrictions are included in their applicable written agreement.

Website content may be modified, removed, or updated without notice.
Nothing on this Website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice when necessary.
17. Testimonials and Case Studies
The Website may contain testimonials, client feedback, portfolio examples, performance examples, or case studies.

They should not be interpreted as a promise, representation, or guarantee that another client will achieve identical or similar results.
Individual results vary.
18. Communications & SMS/Text Messaging

19. Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations relating to client engagements may be established in the applicable client agreement.
Information submitted through a general Website form should not be considered subject to a professional confidentiality or fiduciary relationship unless GoldCore Marketing has separately agreed to such obligations.
Do not submit highly sensitive, confidential, proprietary, financial, medical, or legally privileged information through general Website forms unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

THIS MAY INCLUDE LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDCORE MARKETING’S LIABILITY ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO GOLDCORE MARKETING SPECIFICALLY FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS OR $100.
Liability relating to paid client services may instead be governed by the applicable client agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoldCore Marketing and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or relating to:
